What is it ?

The Follow Up Fanatic Program is a marketing program designed to find you new prospects, and do all the necessary follow up to develop a prospect into a hot prospect who is ready to buy NOW . That means our goal is for a phone appointment or a sit down meeting to discuss your service or product. The goal of the program is to ensure you are spending your time talking only to those prospects who are ready to buy NOW, not in the future. Prospecting and the follow up needed to develop a prospect into a hot prospect is a time consuming and mundane task that is waste of our your time. You are a professional who should be doing nothing but talking to and meeting with prospects who are motivated and ready to buy right now. All of the prospects in your target market will buy in the next few years, and the Program ensures that you are the one who is contact with the prospect and has the best chance of getting their business. This enables you to become the dominant force in their market.

How It Works.

The program is based on a weekly or biweekly program in which our professional prospectors call on targeted businesses in blocks of 200. During this call set, our prospectors call the designated businesses to identify interested parties, and attempt to set up an in person or phone appointment. For those prospects that are hot and ready to buy, our prospectors set up the meeting or phone appointment right then and there. They book meetings based on available times provided by you. After the meeting is booked, Clear Choice sends a confirmation email to the prospect that appears to come from you, detailing the upcoming date and time of the in person meeting or phone appointment. Clear Choice also sends any initial marketing pieces available for you to the prospect as preliminary information. The day before the meeting or phone appointment, Clear Choice sends a reminder email to the prospect about the meeting, and a reminder is also sent to you about the meeting.

For the prospects our callers identify who are farther out and not quite ready to buy, we establish a follow up campaign to develop them into a hot prospect, and continue following up until they are ready to buy. At that point Clear Choice sets up the meeting, sends the confirmations, etc., as detailed above. The follow up campaign Clear Choice starts out with is customized for the prospect. If the prospect has email, the follow up will consist of targeted, personalized emails appearing to come directly from you, and follow up calls from our prospectors until the prospect is ready to set up a meeting with you. All email responses from a prospect are handled by Clear Choice so as to be compliant with email communications regulations. This includes handling bounce backs, undeliverable emails, requests by a prospect to be removed from further contact. All positive responses are forwarded to you so so you can take the appropriate action (call the prospect who requested a call, etc). For prospects who request information via fax, the same concept is followed except that material is faxed instead of emailed.

Clear Choice has proven that this is the most effective follow up program available, and a large portion of initially lukewarm prospects will turn into hot prospects with this follow up. This follow up program will continue for as long as it takes to convert the prospect to a hot prospect that is ready to meet, whether that’s 2 weeks or 2 years. The key to this program is consistency and longevity. Results over a short period of time will be sporadic at best. You must understand that this is a marketing business plan that takes months to implement and see true results from. This is not a program that will succeed if you come and go every few weeks. Clear Choice has proven that clients who stick with this program in the long run will have overwhelming success in converting prospects to sales.

Due to the high demand for the programs and limited territories, you must lock in your chosen territories by contract. The program can be cancelled anytime with 30 day's notice, but your territory may be given to other Clear Choice clients who are on a waiting list for that territory. The commitment to the program is for a one year term as this is an ongoing program that can only be judged after an extended period of time. However, you must understand if you choose to cancel, all future scheduled follow up will be stopped and not able to be restarted, including emails, faxes, and phone calls. The program doesn’t prevent you from taking vacation, out of town, etc. Because Clear Choice is performing all follow up and meeting scheduling, you merely need to fill out unavailable times on your calendar if you go on vacation. Clear Choice’s prospectors will continue to make calls during this time, but meetings will be booked to coincide with your available schedule. The program runs year round, and federal holidays are taken off, but calls and follow up are still made on the remaining days of the week (i.e. no calls on Monday, Labor Day, but calls resume Tuesday).

How Much Does it Cost ?

The fee for the program is based on the call volume of outbound calls. Generally, the higher volume the program, the better results we have found our clients get. All programs, except the Online Email Marketing System (Freedom Program), are billed in  weekly installments each Wednesday to a credit or debit card on file. Corporate or Personal checks are accepted but must be paid quarterly in advance for the chosen program. This fee includes all name lists pulled by Clear Choice which will be a combination of names from InfoUSA, D&B, and 1 to 2 other independent sources. If you choose to provide your own list, it must be sent to Clear Choice in an Excel, or text delimited file. No lists will be accepted in Word, pdf, or faxed lists.
